The yarn is fed into the automatic sock knitting machine which is operated by our experienced technicians. To fulfill customer requirements,our technicians are responsible for setting up parameters of sock stretch and length, and modifying yarn density.

After the knitting process, the socks come out like a tube with the toe left open. In the sewing area,each sock is turned inside out by hands. The automatic sewing machine closes the toe opening precisely.

The boarding process sets the final appearance of the socks. The socks are put on the metal foot frame according to their desired shapes and sizes. They are sent into the boarding machine to be steam pressed. With our technicians carefully adjusting temperature and pressure, the socks get their neat forms and are ready for packing.

Each sock is carefully inspected and paired together. Once they pass the quality control, they are put with labels and neatly packaged.

Needle detector- detecting if there are some needles left inside the socks.

Finally, they are ready to be shipped.
